Customer Care is very important to Bladen Electrical.
We strive to provide excellent customer care to all our clients. We have a 24 hour call-out service to provide customer care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We work very closely with our clients to ensuure that all customer care issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Our customer care issues for our major contractor are recorded on their job tracking website, keeping our client up-to-date with progress and informing them as and when the jobs are completed.
