Health & Safety Policies
Bladen Electrical's commitment to Health and Safety is exemplary, and with safety our priority, we rigorously adhere to all relevant Health and Safety legislation. We actively ensure all employees are aware of their own duties under Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Act, to take care of their own safety and that of others. We are assessed annually and are compliant to CHAS. Bladen will always abide and comply with CDM regulations and will control, monitor and record Health and Safety issues.
We have our own fully qualified Health and Safety Officer (NEBOSH qualified) who has an open door and proactive approach to the constant changes and complexity involved in Health and Safety.
Statement of Safety Policy
Bladen Electrical recognise and accepts its responsibility as an employer for providing a safe and healthy working environment.
Bladen will wherever reasonably practical take measures to meet its responsibilities and in particular providing for:
- Safe use of handling, storage and transport of articles and substance (Waste Carrying Certificate)
- Sufficient, instruction, training and supervision to enable all operatives to avoid hazards and to be proactive in their approach to Health and Safety.
- An open-door approach to all aspects of Health and Safety support and inspired initiatives by Management and Senior Site Operatives.
